Just hit send, use your metamask address. When it's in your chain wallet, then you can send it to metamask as a bep20. Your chain wallet address will start with bnb. Send your BNB or BUSD to the binance chain wallet as a bep2. Strong Pass, save your seeds somewhere safe. So what you have to do is get a binance chain wallet. SO binance does not let you send bep20 for some dumb reason. There is a trick to getting BEP2 from binance to a metamask as a BEP20 token.
